Where It All Began

Russell MarshThis is me…..I used to be quite nervouse of heights.

One sunny day I decided it was time to try something new. So with little planning I ventured off to Battersea power station with a good freind of mine. Standing on the edge, a 170 feet up at the top of a crain, I hurled myself off with nothing more than a large “elastic band” fastened to my feet.

That was my first bungee jump.

I was so high on adrenaline I shook for 3 hours afterwards and smilled all day.

At that point I realised that my fear was actually being scared of uncertanty and self doubt and nothing more.  Up until then that self doubt had stopped me from experiencing so much of what was out there in the world and I discovered I actually liked seeing where my “edges” were.

Its more than just adrenaline, its looking at and apreciating all that is out there in this huge world we have, and enjoying every moment.

You can let life tip toe by or ride it like a roller coaster and enjoy every scary moment.

I love a good roller coaster!

This site is my personal diary of some of the moments where I have truely felt in awe of the world thats out there and the joy of pushing my own personal boundries.

I have a whole list of stuff I have done and intend to do and will be updating the site as I go.
